Current• Managing various customers of North America, Europe and South Africa for account management and operations. Most of the customers are E-Commerce customers on Oracle commerce (ATG) platform and using Pivotree Hosting services on AWS and other Data centers.• Helping customers to migrate to new technologies like On-premises to cloud adaptation. E-Commerce software up gradation, Database version up-gradation and other software and services.• Working on Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Service Desk) for documentation and service desk.• Administered Change Request Management, Project Rollout Management, SLA Management & Process Management. • Lead Peak Season Activities (Right Sizing of Infrastructure) for Retail customers for Black Friday and Holiday Season.• Ensured quality of services provided to customers through time-to-time governance meeting & customer engagement• Working on various tools like NewRelic, Pingdom, Rapid7, Uptrends, Cloud health, Zabix, Salesforce for process and management.
