I worked closely with Data/Application Architects and other stakeholders to design and maintain advanced data pipelines, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely data for both internal and external clients. My primary responsibility was the development and support of data pipelines and reports, providing end-to-end support for ETL processes built with tools like Informatica PowerCenter, Teradata PL/SQL, and Microsoft SSIS. I monitored approximately 2,000 ETL jobs, quickly analyzing and addressing incidents/requests in ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution. I also troubleshot failures, collaborated with business teams to resolve ETL-related technical issues, and communicated solutions using business/functional terminology. Additionally, I worked with developers for transition support to ensure that all existing issues were addressed. My role included providing 24x7 support, including weekends, to address critical failures.

In this project, I was involved in developing new products built on cutting-edge data platforms to ingest, manage, and process data from various client businesses. My key responsibilities included building and running ETL pipelines to onboard data into the platform, defining schema structures, creating digital reports for processing pipelines, and monitoring data quality to ensure high performance and accuracy.I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, product managers, and management, to gather requirements and identify key data insights that would add business value. I worked extensively with Hadoop cluster technologies, using tools like Pig, Hive, HBase, and Sqoop to manage large-scale data processes. My role also involved integrating data from multiple sources into a unified data model, loading it into target systems efficiently, and utilizing NoSQL databases like HBase, MongoDB, and Cassandra.

Quality Information system is designed to analyze the failure of different products and keep track of repairs and replacements. Data is extracted from various source systems every week using the ELT tool. The scope involves analysis of failures, replacements, and repairs of different products and the generation of reports based on time, product, customer, and region.The project is managed using Agile methodologies, which involve iterative development and regular feedback. MS Project helps in planning and tracking the project's progress.Data is extracted from Oracle and SQL Server databases using Unix Shell Scripts. This data is then loaded into Teradata, our main data warehouse, using tools like Fast Load for large volumes and Multiload for batch updates. BTEQ scripts are used for running queries and performing transformations.For reporting, data is exported into Excel where Pivot Tables are used to summarize and visualize the data. MS Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, help in creating detailed reports and presentations. Fast Export is used to extract data from Teradata when needed. This setup ensures that data is efficiently processed and analyzed, with clear and accessible reporting for stakeholders.
