• As a Mechanical engineer supports design team and performs the metrology functions at the Research & Development dept.• Inspection of the Parts as per Quality Plan & Final Inspection Plan using metrology equipment.• Generation of First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) for parts.• Generation of 3D Scan Data of components Using a Automated Scanning Machine for Reverse Engineering ,inspection\FAIR • Usage of advanced metrology equipment and inspection technologies.• Programs a wide variety of complex systems using Laser Scanner, CMM, Vision/Profile inspection and measurement technologies.• Responsible for maintenance of Calibration status of all Instruments.• Responsible for the maintenance of the Lab’s functional Key Process Indicators (KPIs).

• Experience in 3D Modeling, 2D Drawing, Inspection etc.• Good Exposure Point Cloud Modeling, reverse engineering using Metrology instruments, Cad Analysis , Report Generation • Good Exposure in 3D laser scanning and Inspection.• Good Exposure in Portable CMM Inspection.
