• On completion of Fixture by pre-fixture team, all Post Fixture operations of all aspects of the voyage (Voyage and TC) ranging from understanding the contract / charter party and executing the voyage seamlessly.• Perform laytime calculations and raise laytime statements with ensure timely payments on freight, charter hire, demurrage and other outstanding debts.• Communication with external stakeholders – owners, charterers, brokers and internal stakeholders – Sales Team, Chartering Desk, Operations Desk and Finance Team• Monitor vessels daily performance at sea and in port to minimize delays, claims and/or disputes• Preparation of voyage Instruction and bunkers calculations – Voyage Planning and sharing with all concerend stakeholders as per charter party requirement.• Preparation and follow up on freight / charter hire invoice/payments with SOA.• Appointing OPA at different ports as per requirement of vls.(With PDA & FDA Reconsilation.)• Manage loading and discharging operations to ensure quick turnaround time in port.• Having knowledge of satutory compalince of vls certificate in DG,MMD & Shipping Master office at Mumbai.• Addionally assisting in forex payment dept to various external parties across globe.

Hazira

• Responsible for the Port operations like Berthing & unberthing of vessel’s for Loading & Unloading of various cargo (Steel Cargo(Coils & Plates) and Raw Materials) at Essar Ports & also handling traffic of various vessels in Hazira channel• Maximum Handling of Finished Goods 1,75,000/- & Raw materials around 7,00,000/- M/T in the month of March 2016 in various brages,Pusher tugs, Chinese tugs, Abs, & mother vessels with the help of floating crane also.• Good Knowledge of Cargo vessels, Container vessels, Dredging & Berthing activity at port include agency work and also knowledge of chartering vessels and their rules• Co coordinating for vessels or cargo related Export & Import documents with agents & Custom Dept & other port agencies with warehouse knowledge. • Maintain all dates of arrival of the ships/vessels (ETA) in the Port, maintaining Record for all jetties movement of vessels, their ROB, E.T.A & other instructions by loading Master / VTMS / Port captain / Port In charge.• Coordination with Logistics, Documentation, Technical, Account & Operation Department for availability of cargo & Discharging of Raw materials and also follow up invoicing. • Knowledge of Yard managements, People Practices, Day to day truck & trailer managements and Day to day tracking of customer job requirements and documentation as per Essar Standard system.
