• Maintaining housekeeping management for corporate office including man power arrangement chemical arrangement, housekeeping tools and machinery including.• Vendor Management.• Lessoning work with Govt and other organizations.• Handling Safety & Security Management.• AMC and Maintenance of Building, Data Card, Laptops, Mobiles, Printers Furniture, Machinery and Air conditioners. • Branch/Petty Expanses/ Staff Touring Payment Audit & Process.• Transport and Travel arrangement. • Issuing new Laptops, mobiles, SIM & Data Card to employees & payment of bills.• Reconciliation of Out-standing Payments and Processing.• Coordination between all Officials/Staff/Dept. of the company.• Maintain MIS, and other records. • Maintain & submission of all dues like telephone bills, Insurance, Agreements etc.• Stock Register maintaining & Reconciliation• Assisting in Audits with the accounts department. & Other Administration tasks.
