CurrentManage recruiting department.Acquire, maintain and report for all government co-op contracts (GSA, TXMAS, NCPA, TCPN, Choice Partners, BuyBoard).Complete and submit expense reports for Principal.Manage multiple calenders and email accounts.Compile new hire information and prepare staff contract documents for manager's approval.Assemble applicant files.Maintain database of current and past employees for retrieval and review.Arrange background checks and drug screens for new hires.Interface and communicate (written and oral) with all levels of management, clients, contractors, and visitors.Run financial reports for management.Run reports on sales.Create agenda for management meetings, keep the minutes and create action items list.Book travel/hotels for executives and employees.Assist with procurement of employee uniform, and safety gear.Secure conference rooms and catering for meetings.Provide on-going support to the management team.Responsible for employee enrollment onboarding and exit interviews for all of Texas.Responsible to develop and maintain job descriptions across Texas for pay scale development and implementation.Texas group insurance information and claims management, health and safety.Assist in managing employee relations and employee services, and respond to employee queries.Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, processes, and training programs.
