Curtin Heritage Living, a landmark heritage building overlooking Cottesloe beach underwent a $100M redevelopment project to set a new benchmark in residential aged care and specialised care. I was part of the Transition Project Team and, as the Business and Strategy Analyst, led the brand strategy and rebranding of Curtin Heritage Living and the implementation of modern technology and IT systems. With a clear understanding of our business objectives and strategic direction, we developed a new brand strategy and brand identity that deeply resonated and connected with our audience. The project included the design and development of a new website and fresh marketing activities that delivered remarkable results. The technology systems and IT infrastructure implementation included the successful rollout of SharePoint, security systems, telecommunications, and IT infrastructure. The redevelopment project at Curtin Heritage Living has been a great success story in terms of setting a new benchmark in residential aged care. I am proud to have been part of the team that helped make this happen through leading the rebrand and implementing innovative technology systems.
