Worked as software architect. Implemented a Service Bus to facilitate real-time processing of received data and alerts functionality. Implemented a data mapping engine to facilitate the importing of structured and semi-structured data.

Worked as Technical Architect and development team lead for Grain Track; a WPF application that facilitates the loading and unloading of CBH's rail fleet. I developed the system architecture and led a team of three developers in the successful implementation and deployment of the application. I also worked with hardware vendors to allow the application to detect trains using RFID and present the operator with load weights in near real time.

Working with a team to develop an web based interface for the Rottnest Island Authority’s booking system to allow for the public to plan and book holidays at Rottnest Island. Integrating with the existing Oracle based hotel management system. Optimized system performance, in particular the querying of data from the existing Oracle system.Provided technical leadership for the team. Worked with the client to clarify requirements and issues

Working for a Perth based start-up developing a distributed information management product. It will parse, index and search large amounts of information stored locally and in the cloud.
