I am a transformational educator who is purposed in making a lasting impression in the educational system, especially for at-promise students, and to empower educators to embrace the values behind a progressive, out-of-the box approach as seekers of innovation and collaboration. I have supported staff as a transformational leader in school turnaround and our team was recognized by Learning Forward Texas with the 2018 Outstanding Professional Learning Award. I received my Doctorate from Clark Atlanta University and hold a Principal's Certification through the Educational Leadership Program at Stephen F.
