Utilized methods and tools of continuous improvement to stay accountable, shift mindsets and behavior, and improve performance at the secondary level.• Project managed efforts to identify the root cause of a math achievement gap in grades 6-8. Collected and analyzed data to identify priority areas of improvement. Led interventions to increase student access to the general curriculum and improve teacher engagement and performance tracking. Closing the Gap trend data indicated a decrease in the gap measure from 3.17 to 1.83 within one semester of project operation.• Utilized grant funding to survey students, facilitate focus groups, employ marketing strategies, and provide explicit instruction in self-advocacy to students with intellectual disabilities. Deployment of these strategies resulted in a significant increase in participation of students with disabilities in extra-curricular activities at the high school level. • Implemented roll out of Next Generation College and Career Ready IEP’s district-wide via staff development, process improvement, and IEP review.
