I have over 16 years of experience working in the human service field with at risk individuals and groups. I've provided a variety of different services in different settings, to clients that range in age and severity. I'm a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker and I also have a Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management and finance, and a PhD in Community Psychology.I have a passion for empowering individuals, communities, and organizations. I believe in prevention, policy, research, program development, evaluation implementation, and efficient dissemination. Is vital in the success of organizations, communities, and government's ability to effectively serve constituents. As a community consultant, I focus on research, evaluation, program development and implementation, and action planning. My specialty is all things mental and behavioral health, youth development, equity, and partnering with the public and private sector for trauma and resiliency-informed system change and organizational development.
