CurrentHandle new enrollments by reviewing providers' data, verifying licenses, and checking for accuracy. Complete and process applications for enrollment. Listen to and understand providers’ needs, explain, and discuss options, and outline best-fit solutions. Manage and update provider records. Communicate program policies and enforce each. Reach out to providers to walk through issues and resolve them. Display strong telephone etiquette, effectively handling difficult calls. Answer inbound calls to provide information, answer questions, and find solutions regarding enrollment. Research provider issues to understand problems and develop successful resolutions. Work with fellow teammates and upper management to assist in problem resolution and special projects. Data entry. Working with applications such as Accurint, CMS, and DEX.
