This role covers everything from initial scoping, criteria setting, workshops and reviews all the way to final delivery and launch. Strong partnerships and strategic relationships have been essential to success throughout as well as the responsibility of updating project documentation, especially the RAID log, project plans and trajectory reports to aid iterative development and present to steering and the leadership team. Key achievements:- Implemented a new working model across 14 sites; including managing a change in culture and historic ways of working to encourage and nurture successful collaborations across 3 different operational services.- Negotiated and signed off multiple Service Level Agreements with key stakeholders.- Designed and implemented streamlined processes from inception to launch, this has been used across all Collaborative Communities sites utilising continuous improvement methodology.- Working with the Policy and Procedure team to ensure any changes and updates are consistent across the organisation.- The regional management of site managers across the South of England, including the coaching and mentoring of team members, contributing to professional development and skill enhancement.- Established strong partnerships with local stakeholders, including engagement days with residents, members and familys, thus improving community engagement and allowing each local project to co-design their services to meet the needs of those MHA support.- Supported with the design and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation framework, resulting in improved accountability and reporting accuracy.
