I look forward to an AI-enabled future that is Human-centric and unbiased, and work towards creating it.I have been working on AI enabled business solutions for the past 12 years. Building on the foundations of computer science, cognitive science, psychology, and business models, I have developed human-centric algorithms and decision support models to bring my clients the competitive advantage they need.My biggest goal in life is to transform Education. I strongly believe in Individualized Education based on each student's talents, passions, strengths and personality type. Using my experience & skills in teaching/mentoring, cognitive modelling/behavior mining and gamification, I am building a cognition-based education platform, PathFinder, to provide personalized educational path for users.As Lead Data Scientist and cognitive computing specialist for a Defence Logistics Cognitive Decision System, I've designed and built cognitive models embedding user intuition into the decision process. I have also delivered numerous keynotes, plenary talks and a TED talk in 2018 on "Reducing Bias from Artificial Intelligent Systems" (Link below).
