Information Technology Manager (Hands-On)
CurrentKey Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the CEO to define software requirements and establish a development roadmap.- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers while managing a remote design team in Brazil.- Research and implement cutting-edge industry technologies and development best practices.- Develop a Headless CMS E-commerce software solution with integrated marketing capabilities.- Create a hybrid mobile application using Flutter for both clients and pattern drivers.- Construct an AWS Amplify serverless application to support logistics and customer services.- Design and develop a ReactJS application for managing the logistics department.- Establish and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using Bitbucket.- Integrate and manage company utility technologies, as well as oversee user management, including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Miro, Pipedrive, and other relevant tools.
