Cost and Schedule Team Lead Develop, maintain and continuously improve cost and scheduling procedure with respect to supporting portfolio (capital projects or TA/Infrastructure) Attend estimate challenge reviews and support the organization with identifying risks and opportunities to the projects/Turnaround Participate in assurance reviews and be prepared with expert level knowledge of applicable implementation of organization, processes, and tools Support delivery of cost tool for Controls organization and function as the SME for the tool · Work process owner for cost and schedule, responsible to ensure standardization of work across the team. Directed the defined work process and opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies. Accountable to ensure best practices for controls, monitoring and reporting are followed throughout the project/event lifecycle. Responsible for the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of control procedures and work processes Lead development, implementation, and training on new control initiatives· Understand, analyze, and providing assurance on all TA, Non-routine, Infrastructure, and capital project forecasts. Provide assurance to accuracy of all costs (Baseline, forecast, commitment and incurred) are being captured, verified, and reported Communicate risk through the line to stakeholders · Effective and timely communication with team, peers, and stakeholders. Focus should be providing resolution to any opportunities that arise, facilitating conversations with SMEs both inside and outside the immediate team when necessary· Expected to connect with Peers within MTAC to identify opportunities for improvement within controls team, including TA Block Coordinators, NRM/Infra Supervisors, Project Engineers, Construction supervisors, Estimating team, etc· Lead a team of up to ten cost and schedule members, both staff and contract. Facilitate regular check-ins with team to discuss and understand 360 communications, priorities for each area of MTAC, help and/or escalation needed by the team Provide guidance and support on all needs, questions and/or opportunities that arise Schedule monthly one on one’s with staff to discuss personal development; ten-year plan, training opportunities, give feedback both positive and constructive, etc.· Ability to create, implement and understand integrated MTAC reporting suites using both Power BI and future cost tool.Understand, analyze, and providing assurance on all controls data generated by Services team
