In the Chief Actuary role from 2007 through the end of 2010, led over 80 health care actuaries by developing Hewitt’s view of market trends, market landscape, and how Hewitt consulted and built actuarial models to keep pace with the market. Led the development of several market-leading tools:-- Hewitt Discount Analysis Tool-- Hewitt Health Reform Impact Assessment-- Hewitt Health Value Initiative™ (co-leader)Hewitt expert and liaison to organizations such as the Academy of Actuaries, Society of Actuaries, and American Benefits Council. One of Hewitt’s health reform experts, speaking at national events and working closely with other Hewitt experts to provide information to legislative committees and agencies such as the Congressional Budget Office and Office of Management and Budget.As Principal/Southeast Health Management Actuarial Leader, 
responsible for all consulting and management operations for the actuaries in the Southeast Region. Role eventually had management responsibilities for 12 actuaries and 5 non-actuarial staff.Grew actuarial practice from 2 actuaries to 12 actuaries, generating over $5 million of annual revenue.Hired and mentored 4 associates who became principals and leaders responsible for business units of at least $20 million.Actuary and consultant for some of America's largest companies.
