Executive Operations
Current- Coordinate across complex calendars in all US timezones within a fast-paced environment.- Schedule various meetings (from 1:1 conversations to company-wide All-Hands meetings), take notes, manage action items, and ensure follow-up among teams.- Act as the primary contact for multiple executives and stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and coordinating with external partners and vendors.- Drive continuous improvement of processes, ensuring efficient operations.- Arrange travel plans, support meeting preparation, create agendas, and handle documentation.- Assist in project coordination, team operations, and manage diverse administrative tasks.- Maintain utmost confidentiality, manage communications, and represent leaders when necessary.- Be proactive and versatile in task management and proactive planning.
