With a background in physiotherapy and a passion for problem-solving, I transitioned into the IT industry to pursue my interest in technology. I've been working in the IT field since 2022, where I have worked in different service desk/technical support roles.Currently, I serve as a Technical Specialist at Myneva Finland, specializing in patient information systems. Each day I’m working with the users of our SaaS products Hilkka and Nappula and help them with their questions regarding our products. Training new users to the usage of our systems is also one of my responsibilities.I’m currently also expanding my knowledge in tasks related to everything within servers, APIs and databases within my role.
