Built and directed Clinical Joint Steering Committee (JSC), created to provide formalized feedback on external partners’ clinical development programs as well as a centralized conduit for communication. Led support in pre-clinical and clinical trial designs within acute/chronic pain management, knee osteoarthritis, degenerative disk disease, spasticity, and gene/cell therapies. Led and developed medical team’s national, regional, and local education strategies to support customer facing education and generate best practice evidence to expand the products’ value proposition. Led discussions with National executive leaders in post-surgical pain management, focused on deploying tactics which are customized to resolve the customer's unmet needs. Aligned the team to function as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including large group practices, new audiences, and educational targets as it relates to optimizing patient outcomes by delivering non-opioid solutions. Incorporated strategic planning into Society Congress strategies to support current and future KOL relationship and best practice techniques and scientific exchange needs.● Successfully implemented and executed multimodal and enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) training programs throughout Mednex, Ohio Health, Geisinger and Cleveland Clinic hospital systems incorporating EXPAREL as part of their system wide opioid minimization program. Won Circle of Excellence award for top educator and works’ impact on patient’s outcomes; educated 20K+ clinicians on opioid minimization strategies for orthopedic, colorectal and women’s’ health surgeries and enhanced recovery initiatives nationwide.● Led CME and NonCME grant sponsored programs with local, regional, and national anesthesia and surgical societies in collaborating with marketing and sales management. ● Developed and executed successful education programs, peer to peer platform programs, and hands on training workshops/cadaver labs to anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers.● Led scientific advisory boards to support new indication launch and best practice protocol development with white paper publications.

Served as Field Clinical Educator for the Acute and Chronic pain, delivering disease and product education to the regional and local community, academic institutions, surgery centers, operative room, anesthesia, nursing and surgical providers, pharmacies, and patients. Provided best practice support and guidance in evidence generation strategies and offered external scientific exchange to establish acceptance of enhanced recovery protocols within inpatient and outpatient settings. Provided clinical expertise for all in-service and educational needs for new hospital and/or new department user rollouts in collaboration with Medical Directors and commercial team.

Led the buildout of an acute pain service pilot program for post-op surgical pain management to improve patient’s outcomes and satisfaction, successfully implementing system wide acute pain service protocols and pathways that were integrated into 5 additional regional satellite hospitals. In collaboration with an anesthesiologist, delivered various analgesic techniques, including Epidural analgesia, peripheral nerve catheters, IV PCA, oral opioids and non-opioid analgesics, IV ketamine infusion as part of post-op pain management.
