As an Information Governance Project Manager, Tauri works with clients in the U.S. and the E.U. on eDiscovery, records and information management, data privacy and information security issues, including cross‐border discovery and data transfers for U.S.‐based litigation. Tauri was a corporate paralegal for a biotechnology company where she developed procedures and processes for the collection, processing and review of paper and electronic information; was responsible for vendor evaluation and management for the Company’s cloud-based computing systems; and developed and maintained the Company’s virtual data rooms for investor financing and due diligence.
