Purchase of Industrial Equipments, Materials, Stationary Items, etc.Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases To create PO and PR in Oracle & ABS, Procurement system based on the request received from respective department.Preparation of Credit Purchase entry.Collecting all supporting documents for PO approval and creation of PO as per the procurement and audit policy of the organization.Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.Cross checking on the budgets for the respective purchases from the budgeting team and finalizing the account codes/ expenses.Communicating with vendors - for quality standards, negotiate price, performing E-auction and coordinating with the line managers to check on the agreed prices. · Visual inspection of all the incoming materials for damage and conformance to all applicable requirements, including the Contractor’s Inspection Release, when applicable, with verified Material Test Reports (MTR).· Specifications of materials should be carefully observed and complains to the required standards in accordance to the approved material submittal.· Implement an identification procedure for all materials, parts and components, including partially.Fabricated materials. Identification of an item shall be addressed by using tags, stamps, color    coding, Stencils or labels.·  The materials shall be physically inspected with the P.O. and delivery documents. · The non-conforming materials shall be suitably identified and isolated from the accepted materials and advice to quarantine for further actions.Maintaining Quality records for material receiving inspection.  Consider all safety aspects when locating the Materials.Preparations of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Shop Weld Plan & Test Plan.Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP).· Maintaining Quality records and Reporting Work Quality activities. · Auditing - internal follow up of Corrective Actions.· Ensuring the Quality Management System (QMS) is effectively implemented on the project and isMonitor, audited and review in accordance with specified QMS requirements.·  Preparation and qualification of WPS, PQR & WPQ and welder test as per AWS standards· Compiling report for material release for erection· Developing and implementation of inspection and test procedures as per ITP.· Ensure that the quality plan has been follow accordingly P.O. and delivery documents.Material Requestor Maximo SAP Support in the creation and management of PR in the SAP systemAssist in the creation of both planned requisitions and also critical and emergency requisition requests
