I'm also passionate about foraging and continually soak up as much information as I can about different wild food from the region. I've learned about what mushrooms I like the most, where to find them, how to prepare them and how much better our planet can be by using them more. As a result of these two things, in February 2022 I decided to leave Shopify and start this business! Everything is made in small batches with recipes I've spent months perfecting so that I'm only offering food I'm super proud of. The flagship products of mine have been Chaga Tea, Mushroom Jerky, Candied Cinnamon Pecans, Fruit Leathers and Apple Slices.
