We want to create meaningful conversations with and for our members with our formula of customer-centric editorial concept, award-winning tech, focusing on distribution via audio, and a company culture, that means, we can recruit the best employees. And were succeeding. Zetland has been profitable since 2019, and 30% of our paying members are under 30 years old.It’s my goal to ensure that no one at Zetland loses sight of the grander ambitions nor that we lose touch with the most important part: Our members. A people driven approach to innovation has always been my default and I still aspire towards getting as many people as possible attuned to the powers of that approach. As CEO I’ve overseen a 300% member growth, ensured the hiring of key senior staff to advance our strategy, and implemented cross company strategies and roadmaps for innovation rooted in data and meaningful analysis. As with Zetland’s main product, focusing on what’s genuinely meaningful, is an aspiration as a leader as well as an entrepreneur.I’ll be happy to share insights from our journey as a digital startup in a market few people believe in, and have delivered key notes on a wide range of related topics, i.e. how to build a digital practice from scratch, how to implement agile development across silos, how to build “human” products, how to build with AI, or how to monetize audio journalism.
