Plan & conduct technical training for dealer’s service staff as per Toyota TEAM (Technical Education for Automotive Mastery) system.Maintain/update training record for each dealer’s service staff.Attend technical training @ Toyota regional training center- Bahrain to update & enhance the technical knowledge on new models & systems introduced by Toyota.
