Experienced Co-Founder with a demonstrated history of working in the computer science, android development, graphics designing, and office operations management. She is Co-Founder, trainer, and event manager of Hersteller which is a platform for empowering females by educating them through technology. She is also Co-founder of Mechanic Bulao(www.mechanicbulao.pk), which is Lahore's first company that provides bike maintenance service at doorstep through online platforms such as website and mobile application.Using her skills of research, Tayeba along with her co-authors published a research paper "Design Methods to Reduce Technology Fear and Solicit Feedback from Lady Health Workers (LHWs) in Pakistan" in a top-notch conference ACM DEV 2016. This research paper was based on findings from initial user research to understand key work-related problems that Lady Health Workers (LHWs) face in their day-to-day duties, potential technology-based solutions to identified ICT addressable problems, and design methods that can help overcome the fear of technology and enable end-users to participate in co-design. The major findings of this research results show that LHW's have fear of technology that can be reduced through colorful, user-friendly wizard-of-oz prototypes before training LHWs.From the technical point of view, she is skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Graphic Design. She is interested in developing a career in designing, android development, and implementing automated HR systems indifferent organizations. Strong entrepreneurship professional graduated from Information Technology University.
