- Direct and facilitate weekly Executive Board meetings to ensure events are being planned and give input where necessary- Direct and facilitate monthly formal business meetings with the whole chapter- Oversee every committee and Executive Board member - Monitor and approve every online form submissions to Headquarters to ensure they are submitted on time and correctly- Communicate with Headquarters staff, Phi Mu National volunteers, Advisory Council, campus administrators and other campus organizations as necessary- Serve on the Membership Selection Board- Appoint all Chairwomen and interim officers

- Planned and executed all details of recruitment- Directed recruitment workshops, meetings, and discussions to 20 of my sisters throughout a 4 month long period- Attended and gave input to our recruitment Panhellenic members when necessary to execute an organized and well-planned recruitment- Served as a main leader on our Membership Selection Board
