Manage and oversee all phases of Interior T.I construction while reporting directly to owner and or architect with a heavy focus on safety, housekeeping, and implementation of stringent quality control measures.

Worked in tandem with Project Manager on all aspects of project life cycle, responsibilities included but were not limited to Construction plan review, take-offs, Estimating, Procurement and qualification of subcontractors, on site enforcement of written quality control and safety programs.

Worked closely with project managers from construction through project closeout. Responsibilities included but were not limited to Gathering submittals, Material procurement, Scheduling, Change orders / RFI, Budget tracking / forecast.
