As Events Manager, I organized and facilitated all aspects to the Events Program at TDBBS. Including hiring and educating staff on all-natural products, scheduling and maintaining relationships with event companies, organizations, and non-profits. I focused heavily on creating campaigns, social media outreach, and contests to create new impressions and engaging existing customers while coordinating participation in local to high attendance events throughout the Northeast region of the United States. Through events, we are able to grow brand awareness and educate new consumers on pet nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness while creating a stronger community of pet parents.

As Events Coordinator, I assist in analyzing, scheduling, and facilitating Best Bully Sticks's events program. We have participated in events ranging from local farmers markets, to large scale festivals, and pet expos.

As the Lead Customer Service Representative-B2B, I ensure the Outside Sales Team has the required product information necessary to perform their job including samples, POP materials, and price lists. I have an in-depth knowledge of the internal systems relating to enhancing the sales function. I am engaged in direct sales and service activities, including assisting in pricing, data collection and any sales reporting protocols required to aid in the sales process. I am responsible for managing the sales support activities for the Field Sales Team, the customers, and the end-users by providing the appropriate level of support for product inquiries, order review, order status, shipping dates, tracking information, credit/invoicing issues, equipment returns, and problem resolution. I maintain compliance with current and future QA standards. I am the key liaison between customer service, QA, accounting, and logistics teams. I provide centralized phone and email support for direct customers and sales representatives. I utilize the current business systems to access customer and order information including order entry and EDI management.

As a personal trainer I completed fitness assessments including cardio, strength, and flexibility testing, along with taking physical measurements. I designed and executed workout regimens that fitted each client’s needs and goals and motivated clients in an encouraging way to improve their fitness and health. As a group fitness class instructor, I designed the workouts in a way that ensured that everyone could participate at their own level. I created a motivating, comfortable, and fun environment for all participants in the class. As the Manager on Duty, I generated gym sales, provided exceptional customer service, and maintained the gym up to QA standards. I also trained and managed new employees and interns.
