Current• Support the design and management of the Early Childhood Support Organizations (ECSO) Initiative, including service delivery, approach, business model, scalability, staffing, costs, finances, execution feasibility, and outcome projections. • Monitor impact, report progress, design, and lead quarterly learning sessions, and share best practices with partners. • Build and analyze models of multiple financial metrics and budgets to determine funding; write scope of work and reports. • Advance projects by managing relations with internal teams, partners, and agencies to collaborate on initiatives. • Develop communications strategy and collaborate across teams and partners using excellent oral and written communications to distill complex concepts into compelling impact storylines and narratives. ➤Select Accomplishments • Successfully integrated the initiative into Massachusetts’s Department of Early Education and Care by overseeing strategy and execution of expenditures, delivering measurable gains for children in underserved communities. • Improved project design (survey & qualitative evaluations) and delivery by leading data-informed change in 3 organizations. • Grew the quality and diversity of participating child daycare programs by designing and deploying better selection process, analyzing data, writing reports, and presenting recommendations. • Boosted impact investment, cohort learning, and strategy by managing due diligence cycles for investment cycles. Conduct interviews, write investment memos, quantify risks, forecast outcomes, and present business and impact cases to leaders.
