Since joining the working world, working in the customer service industry has taught me how to properly communicate with a customer and/or client. Being a Graphic Designer, I understand the importance of communication, to communicate a client's story, brand and ideas. Since becoming a Graphic Design student, I've learned to work under crunched timelines and think outside the box of creativity, while also improving my time management skills.
