Although I'm only 18, I have over 7+ years of job experience in restaurants. I served as a hostess for 2-3 years and then began as a waitress around 14-15 years old. Soon after, I became one of the managers and helped run the whole restaurant. This has given me good communication skills, leadership experience, problem-solving skills, organizational know-how, and teamwork/collaboration.
