I am a graduate from Brock University (Honours B.A. Psychology, 2022) where I completed an undergraduate thesis where I explored the development of future oriented cognitive abilities of children with ADHD compared to neurotypical children. I am currently working in the social services field for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) and I am completing a post-graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health (2024). I've been involved with the mental health field for the past 10 years through volunteer and paid work with the Pathstone Children's Mental Health Centre, Distress Centre Niagara, and now CMHA.
