At EnerBank, I was primarily responsible for originating and underwriting unsecured home-improvement loans. I worked directly with contractors and home owners to fill out applications, verify their information with documents such as tax forms, wills, trusts, deeds, etc., as well as issue their loan documents. I also was involved in training new lenders and providing continued support during their time at the bank. This job has required attention to detail, strong organizational skills, customer service, time management, and strictly following all lending policies and procedures.

At Sundance Catalog, I was hired to work seasonally in their warehouse to handle the holiday rush. My responsibilities included receiving online orders, gathering, and organizing the products, packaging, and shipping. I worked 12 hours each day and learned a lot about working efficiently, taking personal responsibility, and seeing problems through until they were completely resolved.

In this position, I was a volunteer representative in the Korean community. I volunteered at least 80 hours each week and was able to work with and serve people from all over the world. My assignment included working for local food banks, teaching English classes, providing welfare, and humanitarian services to families in need. During my time there, I learned the Korean language, I developed skills in planning, goal setting, etc. I also functioned in various leadership positions which included training new volunteers, leading large group meetings, as well as improving reporting and accountability.
