Taylor Pool is a Acting Assistant Regional Director, Office of Communications at U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). Colleagues describe them as "Taylor has the determination to succeed at everything he attempts. No obstacle is too large for him. With very little understanding of public relations, Taylor quickly developed an array of communications experience in a very short amount of time. During his time at Oceana, Taylor was responsible for providing day-to-day support for our extremely demanding international campaign to stop overfishing subsidies. He proved to be a quick study that was flexible and willing to go the extra distance. He truly thrived in this fast-paced environment that requires quick decision-making under pressure and strong multi-tasking skills. Taylor left Oceana managing several projects and we were sad to see him go. Taylor has big achievements in his future."
