Recruitment of qualified student athletes with a commitment to academic and athletic success. Organizing and training student athletes during all scheduled practices and games. Create long term player development plans; technical, tactical and physical development of individual players over time. Supervise and assign responsibilities of assistant coaches. Planning comprehensive pre and post season conditioning activities. Hiring, supervising, and evaluating personnel. Maintaining responsibility for budget control and assisting with budget preparations. Develop strategies to motivate maximum levels of individual and team performance along with appropriate personal and social conduct. Maintain compliance with all NCAA Division II and Concordia University rules and regulations.

Responsible for providing personal training services that offer programs for members to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and improve overall sense of well being. Developing a safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive personal training program for clients. Utilizing persuasive abilities and conversing with members to speak about the various fitness programs offered. Allowing my enthusiasm to shine while helping others reach their fitness goals.

Represent Concordia University by assisting the men's and women's golf teams. Prepare for and conduct coaching and instruction activities during training and practice. Also recruit in and out of season scouting high school and junior college student golfers. Assist with team travel with both teams preparing travel arrangements and budgeting.

Trained athletes of all ages with speed training, plyometric sessions which include footwork, speed, strength, and power drills, and skill specific training for the various sports.

Assisted all customers/golfers that enter, making sure they are fully satisfied with their experience. Support members with advice for their swing if necessary and instruct them if they are new. Service all members with any questions or problems they have and answer phones setting up lessons and tee times for the simulators and our Golf Professionals.
