First of all thank you for showing interest in me.My service career started with DiscountTire co. Which was a fantastic place to start! I learned a bunch from the corporate structure there and Learned a lot about how to manage people and keeping customers happy. I worked here for two years and was quickly recruited by Ridenow powersports. I was hired on in 2011 as a service advisor. After completing my training I went straight to the top of service sales and remained in the lead through my entire stay at Ridenow. I knew how customers liked to be treated and I handled there equipment as if it where my own. This one of a kind experience I deliver frequently attracted the attention of other companies. I decided to take an offer from one of my customers who was the VP of a Carrier transicold dealership. I started with CT Power late 2014 and I am still currently employed here as the assistant service manager. I brought with me a bunch of fresh ideas and procedures that have made the service department run way smoother and a lot more profitable, let's not forget the most important thing, I am typically the only one communicating with customers, so that I can deliver my one of a kind service experience to them. This I believe has made the greatest impact so far concerning dealership growth. I am also training everyone around me how to deliver this kind of service to customers. This is my professional service career thus far, I can't wait to see what the future holds.
