Acted an ambassador for SSP's brand. Ensured that SSP's identity was clear and precise - especially in the realm of marketing and new media. I also acted as staff copy writer, editor, as well as webmaster. Near the end of my tenure, I acted as the project manager for the major redesign of the organization's website.

Designed and wrote all print and electronic publications for the organization, including but not limited to the Annual Report, Major Firm Newsletters and General Constituency Newsletters.Also acted as primary manager of SSP's web presence, including the main website, constituent communication and all social media campaigns.

ISGT's in Apple Retail are in charge of organizing training among all current and incoming employees. During my time as ISGT I acted as an internal brand ambassador who solidified Apple's company culture in all that I did. Tasks included designing and delivering training on new products and services, organizing and delivering on-boarding training to new employees, keeping abreast of training needs of all departments within the retail store, meeting with leadership to discuss opportunities as it pertains to our business, and connecting with peers on a personal level in order to best serve their learning needs.

As a Specialist, I was primarily focused on the customer experience at New York's newest and largest flagship: Grand Central Terminal. Each day I spoke with hundreds of customers about our products and services, guiding each one to the complete solution that they needed (including accessories, personal set up, and general demonstration). After several months at the part-time level I was swiftly promoted to full time so as to make a larger impact on our team. Soon after this I also became a member of the inaugural mentor team at the store. As a mentor I assisted in training on and off of the sales floor, including on-boarding of new employees, delivering short training, and acting as a resource to my peers.
