The Regional Manager of High-Rise, DFW, is in complete charge of the day-to-day operation of first-class luxury condominiums. This role provides expertise for the common areas of operation, maintenance, management, care, lifestyle, and upkeep of the property. The Regional Manager of High-Rise enforces compliance with the Rules and Regulations relative to the property's operation and occupancy and maintains a cordial relationship with owners, tenants, contractors, vendors, and employees. This position reports directly to the President of High-Rise, Texas, and supports the Vice President of Facilities Management, High-Rise Texas, and Dallas-Fort Worth Regional Directors.

The Process Improvement role is an integral member of the Texas Region High-Rise team providing support and training to all designated High-Rise properties and General Managers throughout the major metropolitan areas of Texas. This role ensures FirstService Residential brand standards are consistently met, improvements is top of mind, and is an extension of the Regional Vice President and Regional Directors of High-Rise as well as Multi-Family throughout the State and works in tandem to identify and lend support where needed. Taylor also carries the role of overseeing DFW Lifestyle Directors for the High-Rise Division.• Provide corporate support and brand recognition to all high-rise properties throughout the state of Texas• Extension of the Regional Vice President and Regional Directors for both HOA and Multifamily High-Rises• Implement FirstService processes during building takeover for staff, residents, board members, and vendors• Manage lifestyle events for business development clients and welcome receptions for new buildings in region• Oversee development of DFW Lifestyle Directors for the High-Rise Division
