Organizes all aspects of the shows after talent buyer confirms the artist. Negotiates artist’s production and hospitality rider to fit within the show budget. Arrange logistics for artist and their team and book hotel reservations. Communicate with Managers, Agents and Talent Buyers to finalize details and ensure everything is upheld to the highest standards.

Advance and organize lighting, audio, stage effects and stage design. Work with local and national production companies to carry out specific production needs. Maintain those relationships to secure the venue’s expenses are at the lowest rates possible.Main point of contact between visiting artists, production teams and the venue. Responsible for event budgets, expense reports and receipts. Over 600+ successful events.
