I graduated from Webster University with a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling in December 2019. I currently work as a Therapist with Better Help. I work with adolescents, adults, and families dealing with mental health challenges and life transitions. I am experienced in working with topics of trauma, anger management, and depression utilizing trauma informed strategies.My name is Taylor Smith and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches to assist adolescents, adults, and their families in navigating the path to a healthy mindset. I believe that we all need a safe space to discuss those challenges we face when moving through the different phases of life. I offer Telehealth services through Better Help. My experience over the past 5 years of working with topics of trauma, depression, and anger management will provide opportunities for growth in these areas and a chance at healing from the past. I am a trauma informed therapist that has been trained in Trauma Focused- CBT and other trauma informed strategies.
