Space Planner and Moves Manager working on the Prudential account to implement new space planning methods and manage all internal moves and small works. I am the main contact for all Facilities, Workplace and Event queries and organisation for the BBC Newsroom in Central London. Looking after areas which includes BBC News Studio, BBC Main Newsroom and BBC Weather Studio. Main roles include: daily floors checks and interaction with customers, daily meetings with key clients from news. approving and issuing.

Roles included: working on a large BBC reception signing in guests and communicating to staff members via phone and email. Managing the ID Unit where I created staff profiles and ID badges, authorising access to areas in the building and updating ongoing spreadsheets for expiring passes

Whilst at university, I worked at BBC Television Centre on the main reception during the summer/Christmas/Easter holiday periods.Along with working on reception I completed meeting room checks and set up AV equipment for daily meeting rooms. Occasionally I worked on the 6th floor reception independently dealing with clients for the BBC controllers.
