Hello, my name is Taylor Still I am a Senior at Penn West University where I am a part time student majoring in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. I have over 6 years of experience with customer service. I currently work at First National Bank. I use to work at a mortgage company called Service Link where I was trained to do multiple positions. I worked in client services department communicating between clients and appraisers, scheduling setting up appointments for appraisals, stacking documents scanning, sorting , printing, and as well as a call center which I used problem solving, critical thinking and great customer care. I also have worked at Opus Business Consulting Company where I learned leadership skills, training others, door to door sales, management training program. Working as a shift manager at my local Burger King while I was in high school. I have also volunteered for 2 years in a leadership program that was created in my community called Youth Caste. In this leadership program I have cleaned up playgrounds, learned how to become a leader, listened to motivational speakers, took action in trying to stop violence in our communities, and etc. I am a very dedicated, hard working, reliable, kind person to work with.
