I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boise State University, where I learned how to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders. I am currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at US Ecology Inc., a Republic Services Company, where I leverage my sales and marketing skills to attract and retain top talent for the company.In my role, I work closely with hiring managers and HR representatives to advertise and source for open positions within the company. I also train and educate the hiring team in subjects related to the hiring process, talent acquisition, and retention. I have successfully sourced and interviewed candidates for various roles, such as recruiters, facility administrators, and environmental specialists. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the candidates and the company, and I value the culture and virtues of US Ecology.
