I have had many personal and professional experiences that have enabled me to learn valuable lessons in leadership and best practices on how to motivate others to achieve results.My job experiences range from creating digital marketing initiatives with an advertising agency, managing 15 Route Sales Reps to run a $9 million/year district, designing an entirely new brand kit and website to improve lead generation, to developing a new sales process and CRM within a small tech company to drive lead conversion and track sales metrics. All of these opportunities have shaped me into the person I am today and I have learned so much from my projects, responsibilities, and the individuals around me. Every opportunity has had its rewards, but none of them have been perfect. In each job there has been some obstacle that I have had to overcome or work through. These challenges have taught me that in everything I do I must be able to adapt, continue to learn, and keep a positive attitude. With this mindset I believe I will continue to grow and achieve success.
