With over 4 years of work experience, I am a passionate and dedicated case manager at CoverMyMeds, a leading provider of electronic prior authorization solutions. My mission is to help link healthcare providers, payors, specialty pharmacies, and patients to accomplish a mutual goal of improving access to medication and patient outcomes. I have a profound background in patient support programs and extensive HUB experience allowing for a clear understanding of the diverse needs and challenges of different stakeholders.As a case manager, I manage 5 assigned territories and partner with 5 Novartis field representatives and patient support coordinators to proactively identify and resolve any pain points for providers and patients. I organize my daily tasks by territory and level of urgency, while being able to adapt quickly as needed.
