Lead a group of students as they work together to complete a SWOT Analysis of company (Fifth Third) for a particular course as well as grade papers and engage in communication with company representatives

- Handle hundreds of dollars of cash flow daily- Cooperate with managers to ensure efficiency daily- Solve issues with customers who are unsatisfied with their experience- Fix technical and mechanical issues within the business - Maintain a clean atmosphere for both the guests and the employees

Mentor and guide a group of aspiring freshmen in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati as they attempt to complete three major projects throughout their first academic year. This position requires attending two classes a week with the students and hosting a breakout session with the students once a week. Leadership, communication, and time management are essential to success in this position.
