I am a recent graduate of University of Illinois-Springfield with a Master's in Human Resource Management. My career in hospitality and in human resources have allowed me to work for some of the industry's greatest companies including Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando. This has given me experience in recruiting, interviewing, training, and managing employees across my career. I hope to use my experience to work in human resources and create a more diverse, understanding, and stronger organization that will push for innovation company wide.
