Taylor Green, Principal with Capright, has completed or reviewed over 2,700 valuation assignments throughout the US. Mr. Green heads the Capright Dallas office.Mr. Green has completed valuation assignments of numerous property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, mixed-use, medical office, self-storage, development rights, and vacant land assets. However, Mr. Green often specializes in large portfolio, mixed-use, and development valuations of institutional-grade assets. Assignments have been prepared for a variety of clients including pension funds, pension fund advisors, investment advisors, REITs, life insurance companies, national and regional financial institutions and individuals. Additionally, Mr. Green has served as an advisor for acquisition and due diligence underwriting on both proposed developments and existing assets.Mr. Green also has experience providing and managing valuation services to non-traded REITS with high-frequency valuation requirements. Additionally, Mr. Green has consulted private real estate funds in the development and refinement of valuation policies and procedures. Mr. Green began his real estate career with Capright after studying economics and real estate finance at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
