Organize corporate events and activities with various departmental ambassadors. Conduct monthly brainstorming sessions where we engage in ways to increase organizational involvement. Allocate resources accordingly to ensure consistent organization efforts are made across all locations. Meet with departmental leaders to gauge feedback and the impact of our engagement efforts annually.
